I got hold of a studio .22+ and decided to see if I could mod it to a low power 2C+.
I Changed out some components, added extra lead stage board and tube.
The original lead stage for the .22 is at the input so I left it there just removed tube.
I inserted new board as per 2C+ schematics i think it turned out great.
I also install a cooling fan. The reverb was removed by previous owner so I removed pot and used it for lead drive.
I also installed all the pull switches as per schematic.
This was just a project that I wanted to see how it would go.
I also have a quad preamp which I used to compare tones, I will post a youtube link of the comparison.
The quad preamp is also using power amp of Studio .22 for accurate comparison.
