That sounds pretty **** close!

I was thinking of getting a torpedo cab if I find one on the used market. Lol. Not really clear on how they work.

MKIII line out -> Torpedo? Then into interface/daw? Or is there a recording out like the MKIV?

Thx man! I bought mine used too! To be honest, before I got it, I d never believed my recordings would sound so "real"! It really is one of the best purchases I ve ever made! It is really simple to use too. Boogie amp out - torpedo in - interface - two notes software (tons of mics - cabs)- recording software (audacity)

Seems simple enough. My follow-up is is there a way to mute the speaker on the MKIII? On the IV and DC-5, there is a mute switch.

If you're using a head, then that would make it easy. Lol.

Two options...Either using a dummy load box or just setting the master on 0 while leaving the amp connected to the speaker. ;)

Sounds great! Where did you get the Torpedo impulse from?
Actually it's not a two notes impulse, but a free one I found online. It's called "black album impulse". I dont remember where I downloaded it from lol
