I have some offers on mark iii blue stripes of average range of 900$ in very good to excellent conditions. is that reasonable price for the mark iii? need your help guys before i buy.

Depends on features. For a MKIII simul-class head I wouldn't pay more than 800-850. Hardwood option would increase the price.

I've seen some on eBay and reverb go for $600-750.

Lately, the short heads have been in the $800 - $1,000 range, with the long heads being sold for slightly more (anywhere from $1,000 up to $1,300). Coliseums are even more than that.

About 5 years ago, it was common to see Mark IIIs being sold for $600 - $800, but I think the cat is out of the bag now, and those prices are reserved for non-working Mark IIIs.
