I have a chance to get a Quad pre with footswitch, a Simul 395, and an SKB 6 space rack for $1050 shipped to my door. Is this a pretty good deal?

That price is crazy good. Standard, non-midi version Quads usually for around $650 - $850 with the FU-2 controller (depending on their exact condition). You would also be getting a Simul 395 power amp, a rack case and shipping is included?! What's wrong with the gear? :shock:
