I would consider trading my Mk III head for a lonestar head. The purple stripe has had a bias pot added as well as a Pentode triode switch. This thing is special but lately I have been only using the clean channel for my band so I don't make use of the other fantastic gain channels. I figure if I only use clean I might as well get a lonestar.
