That's a metal grille 4x12 halfback.
Not the same as the rectifier cab he's looking to find (but it's still a great cab!).

I am in VA about 30 minutes south of DC if you want to drive down I will sell you mine, I have an almost mint slant/straight, it is basically a slant with the top shelf to make it look like a straight. Asking $250 and comes with casters and all wiring and jack plate, I will just remove the speakers.
