Aloha All,

I spent many hours scouring the internet and finally found some rubber 3" casters with the right size swivel plate to fit the Mesa Track-Loc plates. I didn't want the hard phenolic wheels, which rattle and shake your tubes while rolling over crunchy parking lots, beat up sidewalks, and bumpy thresholds.
This may be a covered subject, but I didn't find anything searching this forum.

They are from Grainger, available online, and really improve the ride! Here's some pics:

Nice. Do you have a part number or description? Also, are the Track Lock plates available for purchase anywhere else or are they patented by Mesa?

***Thread resurrection alert***

In the interest of saving the next person some valuable time. Here are the part details for the rubber caster from Grainger. It took me a bit to find it buried within the hundreds of different casters they have. The key is the plate size, which for Boogies, is 2 3/8" x 2 3/8".

Brand: Revvo
Item # 16D123
Mfr. Model # TSED 075 RN0D
UNSPSC # 31162701
Wheel diameter: 3"

Nicely done. Thanks!

In the UK these fit and are cheap

Hi guys,

I hope you are all good. I thought I revive this thread as the UK link to the castors seems to be not available anymore. I'm just checking I can only find a 65mm x 65mm plate on the castors but the Boogie ones are only 60mm x 60mm. I'm checking to see if the 65mm ones will fit in the 2/3" Boogie plates?

Also was this the original castor originally recommended from the previous link? I know it's been a few years since this was posted but any help would be great.

Many thanks

I think it's only fair to inform all of you that the Track-Loc system is not a Mesa unique product.

They're a standard product made by Penn-Elcom. You can go to the penn-elcom.com website and find them and find a distributor, or maybe you can order direct from them online or by phone. And probably for substantially less than Mesa charges for the same thing.

I actually managed to find some castors over here in the UK that fit in the Boogie Track loc plates. If anyone is interested here's the links to them.

Penn Elcom make their own castor plates and castors which you can fit but and will more than likely work, they don't make the ones Boogie have on all their cabs etc. It would be interesting to know who does make Boogie's castors and plates for them. I'm guessing they get a 3rd party to make them or maybe all their hardware is made in house now?

Replacement castor info for Aussie boogie users! Long post but will save you hours of shopping around.

I joined this forum just to necro this thread. I recently got a BNIB PH410 cab, plates intact but missing castors for an absolute steal.

Plenty of great into here... As an Aussie though, listed retailers won't ship here, and Mesa's distributor want $250 for a set of castors 🤣

After a few days of looking about, I came across Richmond Castors, based half an hour away from me and with outlets around the country. They do a number of 50mm (2") and 75mm (3") swivel castors with a 60x60mm plate and narrow bearing assembly which slot straight in. I got a full set of 75mm black nylon jobs that look OEM for $43.80, but they also do rubber wheels and braked options too if that's what you're after. Shipping was pretty nasty so pick up from the outlet if you can.
