Well, putting it before the guitar would be an interesting proposition. :wink:
Seriously, though, if I remember correctly, the V Twin is a pre-amp, so I would put your modulation and time based effects after it, and put any ODs or boost in front, as well as a wah. Just treat it as the external pre-amp that it is and follow - or break - the conventional wisdom as you see fit.
