road king footswitch

I lost my footswitch and am trying to get it back, but in the mean time I have some shows. I am wondering if lplugging the 5 button triple rectifier would work for it, only with much less options? What do you think some good options are? I might have the option of going midi and using that, or is there like an easy way to make latching footswitches so I can hook up as little as I need and make my own through the external switching? The gig is tomorrow, and we are opening up for The Guess Who and this huge fair, so I want it to go smoothly lol. Thanks for your help
