Does any one know which preamp slots are which? Eg: V1, V2, etc. All the schematics up online are really crappy scanned images with most of the writing being illegible.

Here is an image of the amp. If I could get the order from left to right that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance for helping me out!

If you get in there with a really bright light, I think you'll find V1, V2 etc printed somewhere on the circuit board near the sockets. I don't have a 50:50 but my triaxis and 2:90 have print on the board.
 
From left to right : V1 V2 V3.
V1 is the input stage (1/2 12AX7 for each channel)
V2 and V3 are phase inverters for channel A and B
