Hi guys, i' m trying to find something about the "tuned output" of my Mesa V-Twin rack preamp. The manual doesn't talk about it because calls these "record output". Someone can explain me the difference by the normal output?

If you mean tuner output, Mesa amps will output a buffered clean signal of just the signal provided at the input of the amp. A recording output provides a frequency compensated (speaker emulation EQ curve) of whatever signal is sent out of the normal output jacks, which can be either clean or distorted. Tuner pedals usually work best with a clean signal.
