Triaxis and rocktron midimate

Need help getting rocktron midimate to change channels on triaxis. The midimate is version 2.1 I believe. I followed all instructions from rocktron to no avail. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

This should really be pretty simple since all you're going to do is assign midi program changes. Did you check the midi channel on both devices? When in doubt set them to "omni" on both sides. Or pick any channel as long as it's the same.
