I just bought a stereo 2 fifty yesterday. It is truly an awesome Tube Poweramp but one thing pisses me off: the Presence controls. It seems like all the range of the pot is located between 4 and 5 oclock.Before 4 oclock it makes simply NO difference at all in the tone. can someone help me? Is it a flaw in my unit or are they all made like this?

Have you tried cleaning the pots or maybe replacing the 12ax7 tubes? that usually helps. and its a cheap fix.
