So I am a bit of a tech/gear noob so if you could explain as simple as you can what a solution would be. My Mark 5 25 has a terrible hiss and buzz sound. If I hold my guitar still and hit no strings at all, over time the feedback will get louder and louder to the point where a man just can't take it anymore. I also hear small little chirps and buzzes coming from the amp.
This is the speaker my amp is plugged into

I recorded my amp with my phone so you can hear it here.

1)Now on the back of the amp there is a Lift or Ground switch, I have it on Lift. Would switch it to ground fix anything?
2) Am I in need of a noise gate pedal? Or not because it seems like noise gate pedals get rid of hum, which I don't have. I have more of a chirp/buzz electronic-y sound.

Possibly it could just be a tube that needs to be changed.
