Mesa DC-5 Rev B Footswitch Schematics/ Pics?

So I just recently retubed my DC-5B combo and I'm loving this thing! Only issue is, I was given the amp by my godfather, who had lent it out before and doesn't have the footswitch anymore. So, I would like to gig with it, but without a footswitch to change channels, it's kinda useless for my band. I've looked around at buying footswitches but it's gonna be $100 or more after shipping, import tax, exchange rate, etc. I'd like to build my own, or have a friend of mine build one, but I wanna make sure I'm using the right schematic. I own a Marshall JCM 800 2205, and the 2-button footswitch for that doesn't work with the DC-5. Can anyone provide pics of the inside of their DC-5B footswitch or schematics for it?

The DC5B, DC3, and DC10 all use the same switch. The thread above has the wiring detailed showing the inside of the switch itself. The Schematic for the Amp will show you which wires do what.
