Well I found a tone I never thought I could find with my HB. Per this post here (http://forum.grailtone.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=60433) I tried a duet of 34s on the inside and 6V6s on the outside, with the bias switch for the 34s. On full power with P-10, T-10, M-0, B-0, V-10, M-2:00 with Fat mode, and the Level set depending on who's home. Running into a 212 Rectifier cab. I have an old VH/Gary Moore type of tone. Cannot believe the bite, growl and high gain I pulled out of this amp! Gonna mic it up ASAP and post a link to the forum. I now officially LOVE my Heartbreaker! :)

Here's a tone test of the settings I mentioned earlier today. Playing my '01 American Series Ash Stratocaster with two DiMarzio Area 58s and an Area 61 in the bridge. Effects (when engaged at various points) are reverb, delay, chorus, harmonizer, compressor from a Nova System, and a Crybaby Wah. Cab mic'd with an ole SM57 halfway between the center and edge of the speaker.

I'm really digging the tone.

Very interesting... Mine is loaded with 6v6's at the moment... might have to give this a try.
