My amp blew a rectifier tube last night right before band practice. It's also a heavy amp, so the handle is getting a little tear in it. Called Boogie yesterday and left a message after-hours. Played a little phone tag this morning, and after a two-minute conversation, they're shipping me a new tube and a new handle - both covered under warranty.

This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Boogie!
 
They sent Me a complete set of power tubes after 2 went bad...(rough shipping trip from store).. a new FS cable..and after 2 years a new Handle..mine ripped too..can't beat those guys they are GREAT...(can you hear Tony the Tiger?)
