Yes, but be sure to tell the seller that they must be rated to run in your Mesa so they bias up correctly.
BTW- non-Mesa tubes void your warranty. If the amp sustains damage from a tube failure the repair tech may ask you for the bad tube as proof that Mesa tubes were in the amp at the time the damage occured.
