I'm currently scraping pennies to buy a Lone Star Special and matching 4x10 cab. Was planning on ordering the cab first to use with my current rig...

Just saw that Avatar is running a special on their semi-open back 2x12 cabs with one Celestion Vintage 30 and one Celestion G12H30. The price is $278 plus $34 shipping.

Should I grab the Avatar or keep scraping for the Boogie 410?

By most accounts I trust, Boogie cabs are built out of better materials and to a higher standard.....it's the old "you get what you pay for" thing. Plus, that Boogie 410 is specifically voiced for the amp you're after, the Avatar will have a more generic voicing.

Though, Avatar is considered quite good for a budget level cab.

So I'm going to suck it up and get the Boogie 4x10. Noticed that cabs come with a cover. Do they also come with castors or is that a upgrade option?

Off to order my cab :) Standard LS Special colors, 4x10 with eminence in the bottom and Jensens in the top and casters to roll that sucker around.
