Just curious. Thinking of giving it a shot and pulling one from the road king.

Thought I'd see if anyone has tried it out before warming up the soldering iron.

It may be easier to make an adapter (has a female end on one side and a male end on the other) that way you can try the speakers in other cabs without having to remove them. I did try the MC90 8ohm using the same method when I had it in the Mark V... Not my cup of coffee as I prefer a bit of cream to go with the TC-50. (pun is intended referring to the Cream backs I have in my RA100 Combo). The 16 ohm speaker will sound a bit weak compared to an 8 ohm.
