The consensus is that the Mark llC++ sounds nicer, better, fuller, more musical, etc. I like them both. They're different but the same or close enough that I don't find myself feeling like I'm missing something when using the other amp. The reality is, they both do what the other does equally great but the Mark llC++ in real life reminds of the "Master and the Student" more Lone Ranger and Tonto than Batman and Robin. The C++ is better, some might say it's twice as nice and I wouldn't argue with that but the JP2C is fun with it's new milder presence option and things that I'm getting used to, it always takes me a while to learn from my mistakes. (The mistakes that I make at gigs.)
