I have no idea what this guy is saying, but the tones in this demo are great. Seems to be a pretty thorough demo too, going through all the channels & controls:

That was great. I love his demos (I don't understand most of what he's saying either, which makes them even more impressive to me)
 
That was the best sounding demo so far. Not a lot of variety for a half hour demo though. Could've used some more rhythm playing. He kinda kept playing the same kinda thing over again. More chords!! I want chords!!
 
My favorite part is at the end when he's in shred mode any dials back the volume to superclean and he pulls the volume up and total shred, this amp is something else!

Yeah, that was my 1 qualm too. I started this thread before watching the entire demo (I skipped around through it) and didn't realize there wasn't a lot of chords being hit, which is the #1 thing I like to hear. Still, the heavy tones he gets are very close to my personal ideal tone, and worlds better than those in the original Petrucci demo (IMHO).
