I love the TA-15's Tweed channel and am looking for a mesa amp (or another amp) that does the same sort of "thing" except with more wattage , full eq controls (e.g. mids) , an FX loop, etc.

I would suggest simply pairing the TA15 with an revamp/attenuator FX loop...you won’t have the mids tone control tho.... I’m thinking 100 watt Badcat Unleash or the Power Station.

TA-30 if you can live without the mids control. It probably wouldn't be too difficult to add mods controls to a TA-30 if you don't mind modified amps.

I would say the TA-30 and just add an EQ in the FX loop to adjust the midrange.
The 5 band Mesa EQ would be nice but some of the other lower priced ones would probably work also. I have a TA-30 also and sometimes use an old Rockman 12 band EQ in the FX loop and I am able to dial in the mids really well with it.
