Hi,
Need some advice since I don't have a Mesa dealer near me.
I'm in the market for a lightweight combo that can be moved around the house with ease and be played at bedroom volume. I think the TA-30 (47 lbs). might fit the bill.
Does it sound ok at bedroom volume ?
Of course, I'll occasionally be gigging with the amp also :)
Thanks
Tony

for me it sounds great...you can drop it down to 15 watt too

I find that the TA-30 produces a wonderful tone at almost any level, and does very well at the lower volumes (which is of course a relative value, depending on marital status and children) I have had the head and match it to a variety of speakers depending on my circumstances. This is a really good amp, and the head is very light weight. I currently have it matched to a suhr badger with a celestial gold 12". tonal beauty. I am waiting for my mesa cab-clone for direct input into a PA. thank-you mesa.
