There is a 4 Ohm, and an 8 Ohm. Is it possible to use both? The manual sucks for this... it even shows configurations that have nothing to do with this amp.

This topic has been covered in terms of the MK series and here wisdom suggests that if you put a 16 Ohm speaker in the 8 Ohm output and an 8 Ohm speaker in the 4 Ohm outpt all will be well matched.

However if all you want to do is drive 2 speakers then why not just conect two 8 Ohm speakers in parallel into the 4 Ohm output?

the 8 ohm jack is for a total load of 8 ohms (one 8 ohm speaker, two 4 ohm speakers in series, two 16 ohm speakers in parallel, four 8 ohm speakers in series/parallel configuration...you get the idea).

the 4 ohm jack works the same way but for a 4 ohm total load...
