Can this mod be done - Green channel and cut set to zero?

I love the green mode with the Master knob pushed and cut turned all the way counter-clockwise. What I would like to have in addition is the master volume. Can this be achieved?

If you were willing to sacrifice one of the other pots (say the bass control on the red channel) then perhaps a good amp tech could re-wire this as a permanent master volume for the green channel.
