John Petrucci and the Royal Atlantic

In this article, Petrucci admits that he has some new gear that he has to try out, one of which is the Mesa Royal Atlantic. I wonder if he makes the switch?

Maybe, but then again, he tries quite a lot of gear from time to time, including cables...

Spoke with him at an undisclosed location and he seemed very hyped about it. Won't be surprised if he jumps.

Yeah, I don't see how one can't be so hyped about it. I'm interested to see what happens. I like Petrucci and like what he does with Boogies.
