Was doiing a little playing out the other night, my TA-15 was kinda back and out of sight. We were playing Jailbreak by AC/DC.

After the set someone asked if I was using a plexi? I know I have nailed the AC/Dc tone. Anyone else get this?
 
Interesting! Please tell us the settings and what cab and speakers you were using. I'm yet to try it with greenbacks and that might be the key.
I think Top Boost at 25W gives a good vintage vibe, but I can't compare it A/B to a Plexi though.
 
99.9% of the time, I use the top boost channel into a Sourmash cab with a greenback. The sound is awesome. I actually just added a BB Preamp in front with really good results too.
 
The TA-30 gets even closer to a plexi or jtm 45 sound when it's set in Hi 1, 40 watts, pull gain out and set to about 9:00. Awesome sounds!
