I have the identical rig, and noticed that my Thiele cabinet had a black plug on the back plate in what turned out to be a second input. If you pry the plug out (assuming your cab is the same), you can daisy-chain to the open back cab (mine also has only a single input; no second input with a plug) from the Thiele, which in turn would be plugged in to the 4 ohm output of the TA-15. Failing that, plugging one 8 ohm cab into each of the two outputs of the TA-15 shouldn't hurt anything. the 8 ohm output to a 8 ohm cab is a perfect match; the 4 ohm output into a 8 ohm cab is a safe mis-match. Less power will be delivered in that configuration, but there should be no danger to either the amp or the cab.
