Any reason why the paint comes off the face plate of these amps? I'm sure 10 of you are about to chime in and tell me your's is fine. But the fact is, the paint peeling off the face plate is a common issue with these amps. Has Mesa ever chimed in with an answer?
 
Sorry to read it, man.

I only remember seeing one other mention of this, and don't remember any response. I do think that Mesa should make it right. The paint should last for many years.
 
I remember them having an issue with the early models. I forget what the resolution was but I do remember that Mesa took care of them.
