My Electra Dyne doesn't sound too great with a Big Muff out in front of the clean channel. My 27" Dyne 1x12 Combo is already pretty bassy, which I love on its own, but when I want that Big Muff fuzz tone it's just too muddy.

Anybody found a setting that works better than others on pedal or amp?

I don't know much about the BMP. Any tone controls? I use a Tube Driver with my Dyne, and it is nice on the clean mode, but really cool on Vintage LO. Have you tried the BMP on that mode? I keep the drive conservatively low, and use it to shape the tone of the LO mode. Really fat and fuzzy 8)

I ended up putting the Big Muff in the effects loop. It likes it way better there. The front end of the amp just didn't like the wooly-ness of the Big Muff (actually it's a Wren & Cuff Box of War, "Civil War" era Big Muff clone--killer pedal).
