Guys,

I started to notice a strange ringing sound at the end of notes when playing even without reverb. I've also noticed quite a bit more hum. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. Could be a bad tube?
 
Sounds like a microphonic tube.

I have also has similar sounds when my FX return became partially unplugged. The dry signal was lost, but the reverb apparently bypasses the loop.
 
Yeah, I'd say with almost absolute certainty that it's a tube issue. I've got a similar thing going on with my head right now. I need new power tubes and a new reverb preamp tube.
