hi guys could you suggest some nice tubes for my Dyne? Mesa tubes are really expensive here (Poland) and for half the price I can get EXH, JJ electronic, Svetlana, Tung sol, Sovtek. I'm looking for low noise/ good reliability and kinda the same amount of gain. Could you suggest sth, I'm kinda new to tube amps

I prefer JJ and sovtek LPS's. Anyway I found tubes on ebay at around 180 USD direct for the Dyne but haven't bought yet.

I believe Mesa uses JJ, though they select them for certain criteria. Preamp tubes are reasonably inexpensive, so you should get a couple different kinds and try them out.
Many people like SED winged C for power tubes.
