Yeah, it kinda does. The song is little bit more old school aggressive to me than anything on DM though. Better production too, but still very dry, use some reverb please. They still seem to want a "raw" sound rather than the more polished Bob Rock sound which I must say I kinda miss. Drums seem too loud and unbalanced. Saw the making of... video on their site, and even though James used his "crunchberries" C+ again along with a Diezel VH4 and some black Marshall looking head (hard to see what it was), I don't really like the guitar tone.
The song is ok. Nothing groundbreaking. Sounds like a good demo, not a finished product to me.
