Petrucci's tone on a Mark V!

Ever sit in the theatre and dream about that sick sound John gets. Now you can discuss amongst yourselves.

Petrucci's tone on a Mark V!

Anyone able to get the LTE like tone on the Mark V?

Would be interested in seeing what yall have come up with. So far I've been able to dial in some cool settings, but haven't gotten to nirvana yet!

Hey guys/gals...

This was as far as I got last night. Please don't flame the playing, it was a just a quick and dirty to listen to the tone.

The rhythm part was something I just screwed around with right before. Got a new BB Preamp and plugged it in with the Clean channel of the Mark V and that is what came out.

I added delay as a plugin. Overdid it a bit, but you should get the idea.

Thoughts are appreciated...

Hey man killer tone!

Could you by chance perhaps PM the settings you used to get that lead tone? I'll be getting a Mark V soon and I would love to use those as a jumping point for a lead tone
