Hi Everyone

I have been having intermittent issues with my 80 Hz slider on my Mark Five:35. I got my amp new and had it for a few months. I am not sure if it was an issue from the start as I have only started experimenting with the GEQ recently. With the GEQ engaged in either channel, whether I am boosting or cutting 80hz, at some point it stops having an effect. This can happen whether I am playing or not. When I go back to move the slider, it does not have any effect on the sound at all. I've noticed flipping the wattage switch down to 10W and back up to 35W may get it to work again. This doesn't always happen though. All other sliders work fine in all situations.

I contacted support about my issue. They suggested I have a tech look at it, but with the current pandemic I am not able to yet. Any idea what might be causing this issue?

Thanks!
