I have to bring my Mk V chassis up to Mesa's factory in Petaluma to apparently replace a failed diode or something that has killed everything (LEDs, fan, etc.) other than power to the rectifier and power tubes. There are two cables going from the chassis to the reverb tank that are zip-tied together. One has a regular RCA jack, but I can't identify how the other cable connects to the chassis (and I'm not willing to just yank on the cable to disconnect it).

I will probably be able to figure this out once I pull the chassis out farther, but does anyone know how you disconnect this sucker?

Same thing happened to me, it’s a fairly common issue.

As I recall, you can simply disconnect the two RCA jacks from the right side of the chassis (when facing the back of the amp. One is black and the other is white, just make sure to note which is which so you can put them back the same way.
