Hi I have a Mesa Mark V which I run in mono to a Mesa 4x12 cabinet. I run a TC electronics G-Force in the Mark V effects loop.

I was wondering if I can run my rig in stereo mode so that I can split the left and right side of the 4x12 cabinet and take advantage of the stereo effects in the G-Force. Is this possible? How do I do it?

Thanks

Not with only that equipment alone. You need a power amp to boost the volume from the preamp/effects until to drive the speakers. The Mark V only has one power amp so it can only drive a mono signal.

If you bought a separate power amp you could run the signal like this:
Code:
Mark V -> Effects Send -> G-Force -> L Output -> Mark V Effects Return -> Speaker out to L Cab input
                                  \> R Output -> Power Amp Input -> Power Amp output to R Cab input

You could also possibly use the Slave out from the mark V into the Right input and output of the G-Force then into a separate power amp as well.
