Possible 2009 Mark V purchase

Hi all

I have a couple of questions. Excuse me if they've been posted/talked about before, but I have a chance to get a Mark V in a trade today and I just wanted to be clear on a couple of things.

This is a 2009 Mark V head, with the wicker front grille. Being it was the first year model, is this good or bad? Was there any glitches that had to be worked out being it was the debut year?
Also, I have all 16ohm cabs. Is this a problem being there is only 4 and 8ohm outs?

Someone else would probably chime in on the 2009 question but as far as I know, there were no issues.

And no problems plugging in 8ohm -> 16ohm. Reading the manual might be helpful and the manual does state that its a safe mismatch.
