Mark V and G-Major

Hey all,
I'm kind of a noob when it comes to effects.
I just came into possession of a TC Electronics G-Major.
I have a midi Pedal board with it.
I'm essentially wanting to run basic mod effects for my clean channel and eq's and such for channel 3 on my head.
I have a mini amp gizmo as well as the proper cable for the Mark.
Will I need it?
I am also needing some sort of routing diagram as to what cable goes where between the head and the effects unit.
I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible.
My rack space consists of the G-Major, a rack tuner and a wireless for guitar.
Any help in configuring this would be hugely appreciated!

It is designed to run in the FX loop.

Amp FX Send -> Gmaj input
Gmaj output -> Amp FX return

I'd use the MAG on MIDI control for amp channel switching

MIDI
Switcher pedal -> G Maj MIDI in
G maj MIDI thru -> MAG

MAG switch cable to amp
