Well I got a call that my Mark V I had to send back for warranty, was repaired.

The tech notes say it was a failed tracer on the #5 pin (?grid) of a socket.....so it required replacing the 6L6 in that spot and there was a noisy V4 12ax7 (which was a brand new Mesa tube).

So.....hopefully when I get it back next week...it works as new.
 
I recenly had to send my Mark V to Pentaluma for failed reverb. We tried a new tank and it didn't fix so I had to send it in. I am in Canada and it took about seven weeks turn around time. The Mesa guys are awesome though. Top notch bunch!
