I thought I should document this for anyone who would like to modify the Lonestar Classic head or combo to a more manageable size and weight.
Found these guys at TTC
https://www.tube-town.net/ttstore/TTC-Amp-Chassis/TTC-Headshells/Headshell-Customshop/TTC-Headshell-Mesa-Lonestar-Dumble-Style-Custom-Shop::6379.html?MODsid=9gk8ulfrqvsigmbcceiu2vali7

I contacted them and over a week or so I sent them all the measurements necessary to build me a compact combo cabinet for my Lonestar. I also did some drawings to make sure they understand exactly what I needed. And after three weeks I received the first combo version in Navy blue. They don't have the pewter grill cloth so I ordered it with beige instead.

Soon after it looked like this:

However, I realized they made a mistake and the depth of the combo was wrong. So in the back the knobs were kinda exposed...

You can see that in the back the space from the edge of the combo to the edge of the chassis is smaller...

So I told them about this, they apologized and made me another one. Long story short...

As you can see this one is green. Same grill cloth though but with black pipeline.
The dimensions are correct this time, I don't have pics with the back of the green combo but it is fine.
The most delicate thing to do when you receive the cabinet is to drill the holes for the chassis. I mean you really have to measure 50 times and drill once.
TTC will not do it for you. Well...

If you need one of these, I assure you they have the correct dimensions.
Take care, Adrian

Hey, I did the same thing! My post is a few below yours " my new mini combo". The guy who made mine, drilled the chassis holes though. The hardest part of installing it was the reverb tank, which barely fit. I love having it as a portable grab n go amp. I put 6v6s in it to knock th volume down. Congrats and enjoy!
