Hi all,
I know the Lonestar isn't really an amp made for metal... but I have found a setting that's actually pretty crunchy, and put my old Crate to absolute shame.

Here are the settings if any of y'all are interested.

Power On: On
Power toggle: 100w
Ch.2
Drive toggle: ON, thicker
Drive Pot: All the way 5 o'clock
Gain: All the way to 5 o'clock
Treble: 2:30 o'clock
Mid: 11 o'clock
Bass:10 o'clock
Presence: 2 o'clock
*MASTER: 7:30 o'clock ***Be really careful here, it goes from quiet to REALLY LOUD in less than 1mm!***
Output: 4:30 o'clock
Solo: All the way to 5 o'clock.
Reverb: 1 o'clock, warm

Make sure the loop-in toggle on the back panel is switched to On (Loop-In), not on Hard Bypass

I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I wanted to show how versatile this amp actually is. It CAN make a great metal-stye distortion, you just need to push it!
