Is it okay to have all TB in the loop? I guess what I'm asking is if the loop has a buffer in it that can drive the cables to and fro and into the pedals. Thanks!

I'm assuming that if signal loss became a problem, you could always bump the loop send level to compensate. I've never had a problem, but I've only had 4 or 5 true bypass pedals in the loop at once, and with shorty cables between them.

i wouldn't put a true bypass overdrive in the loop...if im understanding your question correctly

I would put all time based effects in the loop and leave all gain boxes in front. It seems to be very easy to overdrive the loop with distortion effects.

Delays, reverbs etc. in the loop and gain in front.

Enjoy!
