Finally got one...now i want more

After 25 years of wishing I finally bought a Mesa...Nomad 55. i knew going in that they were either loved or hated, but I got it at a great price and its better than anything I've ever owned. Thing is, I kinda want more! Or so I think I do... Any tips on getting the nomad to stay dialed in? I'm always having to tweek the thing. I've been looking at the Express...is it really that much better? I play mostly Texas Blues and rock. Looking for an amp that is great for gigging but won't set me back 2k...any help will do for this newbie to Tone...

Lonestar, or maybe the 5:25 Plus. Maybe you can find one used?
