Hey guys,
I've seen people many times comment on here mentioning that the recording outs on the Studio & Quad preamps load the tone/signal and muffle things up a bit.
Many recommended to either run from the Fx send on the studio/quad or disconnect the recording outs....
Would the mark iv also benefit from having the recording out circuitry disconnected to open things up a little more??
I don't & would never use the recording outs so I'd be happy taking it out the circuit providing it offered similar benefit as found in the preamps.... I'm only asking as I've never seen it suggested or mentioned for the mark iv even though the manual states the circuitry was derived from the studio/quad rec outs...
