Thought some of you might enjoy this. I just finished setting up my "vintage" Subway Blues:
Early Mark II era style cosmetics / head cab matched with a Weber P15R in an open back cab.

Thanks to George (gts) for the sweet head cabinet!

Very nice, looks like a real head.

Have you considered to change the pilot light with a full size Jewel light?

I didn't consider a full size jewel light, since I was going for the early Mark series look, which used the same style lamp that is already on the Blues.
Cosmetics aside, I am really happy with this amp/speaker configuration. I always thought the subway series amps were too boxy sounding with the 1x10" speaker. The 15" speaker is a great match with the subway Blues, giving it added bass and punch. Also it is a lower power speaker (25 W, I think) which is a better match for this amp.
