Loved it, especially at low volumes. Classic Boogies tend to sond "nasal" at low volumes. My usual GIbsons sound a bit "muddier" than PRS or Fenders , further complicating matters at low volumes.

Hah, I agree. Though mine isn't a +.

I look forward to dumping my Strat in the next little while for a PRS CE or Std. 24.

In the mean time, how's about some pics?

I posted a bunch of large pictures of the new PRS. Don't want people to get mad at me.

Very nice. If I bought a maple top guitar, that's how I'd like it. Generally mild figure, no flashy burst paint job or gold hardware.

Congratulations.

agreed, especially a PRS

Yes indeed, Santana has being doing just that since 1979, long before there was a "PRS Company". I wonder just what kind of payola Santana must have gotten over the years from Mesa/Boogie and PRS. Both companies owe a great deal of their respective fortunes to you know who.

I love muddy Gibsons/Les Pauls over nasal Boogies...

So do I, but they sound considerably better when you crank them. I got as high as 6 on the Lead Master yesterday. Sounded great. 1984 all over again.
