Hello

After playing about 15-20 minutes in low volumes, my dc-3 volume drops a little bit. Playing with band in rehearsal room volume is enough. But its not nice to adjust volume while playing. It has 1 year old JJ tubes in preamp and el84 powervalves. No noise or other problems. Sound gets little bit more midrange after warming. Some capacitors are new, dont remeber which ones. Master pot of lead channel is replaced also. Any ideas about volume drop? Thanks, sorry about bad english :D

Check fx loop. Plug a patch cable in, next would be a preamp tube.

Depending on how "regularly" you use your amp, it's about time for power tubes. I get about 1-1 1/2 years out of a set of Power Tubes. I use my amp everyday and it sees practice and gigs weekly. I use JJ power tubes as well. It is a HEAVILY modified DC-3B.
