Hello,

I recently bought a second hand DC5 and i would like to replace the preamp tubes.
I would like to know if there is a schematic of the preamp tubes available? I mean i want to know where is V1, V2, V3 etc... to test with some different tubes as i read on your previous posts.

Mesa's site has manuals for download which includes a tube task chart, but V1 is the preamp tube closest to the input. Then so on from that slot...

I didn't found any tube task chart on the DC 5 manual, but there is one on the DC3 manual. It should be the same.
So V1 is the nearest to the input jack and so on, that's right?

BTW... You have to get these from Mesa. They're not on the site. You have to call so copy and save it.
